Participant Event Disclaimer

By signing this form you confirm that you are the participant named below

You accept that their participation in the activity is entirely at your own risk and you accept full liability for your actions and that you are competent and fit to participate in the activity. You accept that cycling can be a dangerous activity.

You accept that you’ve looked at the suggested route, distance and elevation and consider yourself fit and capable of completing the ride.

You also accept that Pau Run and Ride and its staff are not liable for the behaviour of other participants or bystanders. You also accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that you wear a suitable cycle helmet, appropriate clothing & footwear at all times whilst participating in the activity.

You accept that any equipment loaned to you for the duration of the activity is your responsibility for that period of time and you must satisfy yourself that the equipment is suitable for you to use.

Pau Run and Ride are not liable for any loss damage or injury (including death) to persons or property resulting from your actions or other participants or bystanders. You fully accept that you are responsible for your actions and behaviour.

You also give Pau Run and Ride permission to use any photos taken of you for promotional purposes.
